We are a Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar practice with clients who are not. Owners in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi and abroad use us to find out what is really on their land; companies bring us in to survey and set out sites wherever the work justifies mobilising a team. Both run on the same thing — documentation good enough to act on without standing there.
Honest about what distance changes.
If you live away from land that sits in our working area, distance changes nothing about the survey — only about how you receive it. Records read, parcel measured, boundary marked, corners poled, everything photographed and reported to your inbox.
If the land itself is far from us, distance changes the economics. A single small plot is better served by a good local surveyor, and we will tell you that rather than bill you for a road trip. A layout, an industrial parcel, a portfolio of holdings or a dispute that needs independent evidence is worth mobilising for — and we agree scope, field days and travel before anyone leaves.

Do you really work outside Marathwada?
Yes — for work that justifies mobilising a team, and for owners who live away from land that is here. We have surveyed and set out sites for national manufacturers and institutional clients, and we run remote engagements for owners in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi and abroad. What we do not do is claim a local office where we have none.
How does a remote engagement work?
You brief us by call or WhatsApp. We read the records, schedule the survey, photograph the field work at every corner, and send you the measurement plan, area statement and coordinates by email — with signed hard copies couriered if a bank, buyer or advocate needs them.
What does travel cost?
Field days, travel and stay are stated separately and agreed before we mobilise. For a single small plot far from us, a local surveyor is usually cheaper and we will say so.
Which work is worth bringing us in for from a distance?
Layouts and plotting, industrial and warehouse parcels, multi-parcel portfolios, boundary disputes that need documented evidence, and any survey where independence from the local parties matters.
